Waterdrop 17UA 3 Years Under Sink Water Filter, Under Sink Water Filtration System, Reduces PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, Lead, Chlorine, Under Sink Water Filter, NSF/ANSI 42 Certified, 24K Gallons

I just received my order for the waterdrop under sink filter (model WD-17UA-UF)! It’s only been installed for a couple hours but so far I’m very impressed with the filter system and I’m satisfied with my choice! The package came with everything needed for a quick and simple installation. Literally as simple as deciding where to place the filter, using the template sticker to put in the two included mounting screws, pushing the included water hoses into the filter head, then mounting filter head onto the two screws! From there I simply turned off cold water supply, unscrewed the faucet hose from supply pipe, screwed inlet hose onto cold supply pipe, then attached the filter outlet hose right to the faucet hose that I had initially unscrewed from the cold water supply pipe. VERY SIMPLE INSTALLATION! It took me 15 minutes to get it installed in total, plus 5 minutes to flush out the filter and check for leaks. I didn’t need to use any of the adapter fittings since my connections were already 3/8” but it was great they were included just in case! I also didn’t use the included teflon tape. BOTTOM LINE: If you’re looking for a high quality easy to install water filter that fits under most sinks and doesn’t produce any additional waste water then this one should be at the top of your list! The water tastes great and the sleek design makes it unobtrusive in the back of the cabinet. Installation was very simple and painless! NOTE: Be sure to measure and leave enough space below the filter cartridge in between the bottom of cabinet before you install the mounting screws! Just a few inches is all you need so that it’s easy to remove and replace new filter cartridges in the future! Also when deciding where exactly you want to mount the unit be sure to take into account where the hoses run so that they aren’t in the way. **Plus if you have the type of faucet with a spray head that can be pulled out to extend when spraying dishes then make sure that the filter inlet and outlet hoses don’t obstruct the sprayer hose OR THE RUBBER WEIGHT that’s attached to it underneath the sink!** But if it does get caught up you can always loosen the rubber weight and adjust its positioning under the sink! !!All in all great filter, great system, and great clear simple installation!! (I’ll update this in a few months if I happen to have any future issues, but I don’t think that’ll be a problem.)

Been using this for a while now, very happy with the quality and the functionality. It’s taken out the chlorine taste of our water. We’re very happy with this purchase. Would recommend this one.

Takes the chlorine taste out of tap water. Fills a gallon in a minute or 2. Stopped buying plastic bottles as taste is comparable. Good quality. Easy to install

Excellent produect at a very good price. Kimberly was especially helpful, answering all my questions and going above and beyond. Installed these for sinks and refridgerators and this is a very economical and long lasting alternative to expensive refrigerator water filters and cannister water filter systems. These water filtration systems will save me hundreds of $ over the cost of OEM proprietary filters for each refridgerator. The refridgerator filters are good for between 170 and 400 gallons while these in line filters are good for many thousands of gallons, saving time and $. Update: As we were installing these for 2 refridgerators a different set of water line converters was required that was not included in the package. After contacting Kimberly she reimbursed us for the cost of the converters which we found at Amazon and Home Depot. While this was a little bit of a hassle, the resolution was outstanding and prompt.

Great filter that lasts a long time and takes minutes to install. Had a small issue with the water flow after 2 years and Becky from their support team sent us a replacement.

The most boring liquid i have ever tasted. Tasteless and odourless. Install was easy since I already had a hole in the counter for a soap dispenser that we don't use(the difference in hole difference vs tube difference is specifically a me problem and not a product problem). The hole needed for the threaded tube is probably 3/8"(9.5mm). The space needed under the sink where the filter is needed is about 21". Having on demand filtered water saves me counter space and gives me the option of cooking with filtered water too. The flow rate is great. Definite advantages over a gravity filtered, counter top, jug type filter system.

Took me about 30min to install, but mostly because of my incompetence - a plumber would need 5 minutes. It’s incredibly convenient to have this tap and be able to fill filtered water immediately.

It was simple enough to install it in a few minutes, but I could not find a way to disconnect the hoses from the filter once installed. The way pictured in instructions does not work. I wonder what will I do if I'll need to remove them later...
