Does this work with KT tape? I use kt tape pro and it never sticks longer than 2-3 days but it should because it's the pro version!

I also use kt tape pro and it doesn't sticks longer than 3 days... The kt spray is the only one I know that sticks longer but I don't like to use it because it sticks so much that hurt my skin when I take it off

How many applications do you get from one can for, let's say plantar fasciitis?

I have to wrap both ankles for training, 6x a week and one can lasted me about 6 months.

My wife is looking for a medical adhesive for her breast forms... would this product work?

Not sure what you mean by breast forms but this adhesive is very effective for my ankle using medical type tape and stays for 5 days on average taking showers and normal wear and tear.

what are the ingredients?

From the label: Butane, Acetone, Heptane, Isopropanol, Propane, Resin.So it utilizes several solvents (to keep the adhesive viable in a spray form for long term storage and use) and the components of a fast drying (evaporating) adhesive carrier. It has an alcohol smell when sprayed, but it quickly dissipates. It is best to apply tape while the adhesive is tacky, but not completely dry; about 10 seconds after spraying. The ingredients sound harsh, but if it helps, I have very sensitive skin and have had no issues using this adhesive on my feet for therapy purposes (keeping taped 6-8 hours).
