EXCELLENT! Fantastic communication through the set up.
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! I contacted this seller as I was having a problem trying to connect to the Internet. I'm not really technical, so contacted the customer service. They helped me set up my router ( bought from another company) and now we have Internet. I don't usually write reviews but felt I needed to because.of the patience and customer care provided by this seller I CAN'T RATE THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH. FANTASTIC.

Satisfies your 2G phone needs
Dumb me bought a new/cheap replacement phone for my old aunt in a care home, but didn't read all the description paragraphs, right at the bottom it states this phone ONLY operates on networks offering 2G, e.g. T-Mobile UK, O2 UK, and Vodafone UK (all others use 3G or higher). I searched for a 2G sim and saw this one, giffgaff runs on O2, sim ordered, got it the next day (earlier than stated), phone saw giffgaff network right away, really easy to register/activate said sim on the giffgaff site. Old aunt now has a working phone again and is very happy indeed.

Does not do what it says on the tin
It’s stated that this sim is ideal for GPS trackers. If it is I can’t get it to work, even after wasting money on topping it up and forget about speaking to someone. Giffgaff don’t do call centres 🙄
