Though I bought it with great pleasure to gift it to my wife, but could not do so since the system is not fit to operate on 220 v supply. Please suggest what should I do. The package material is with me. I can return it.

I have a down converter, but still the product is not working. From Alaska to Hawaii USA has 7 time zones. This clock is pre-programmed to display those 7 time zones hence can be used by US customers only. There is no way you can calibrate the clock to some other time. In summary, it cannot show time in IST, so a total waste of money.

It doesn't work somewhere is having manufacturer fault Do not Buy Wastage of Money and refund also stiuck for more than months And no will talk to help for refund.

Why do you want to buy at this price of 3000/- when you have Amazon echo show available which Is Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled. You can basically use Amazon echo show as the table clock with background pictures as well which changes based on your settings.

Product not powering on, it's just not working, tried everything. There seems no option for even replacement. What's going on ? This is fraudulent sale!

This alarm clock is what you want if you’re looking for the most economical alarm that can at minimum play radio for the alarm. It’s not intuitive to set up, but I was fine with that. There’s no backlight for the buttons at the top and they’re a little hard to read, but since that’s the worst thing about a $15 alarm clock that does everything else I want it to do surprisingly well, I’ll take it. Fwiw there’s a review on here from noname that says they’re frustrated the clock failed after 6 months - I don’t think it actually failed them based on how they described what happened. I think they had a grid outage and forgot or didn’t know to put batteries in it to back it up. I wish I could respond to their review so they could say if they did that or not. If you’re looking for a very well designed, high quality, wifi-enabled, midrange radio alarm this isn’t your best bet because the tradeoff for the price is it’s a little less than intuitive to set up, and is lacking some modern features. If you’re looking for a cheap alarm and you don’t care about radio, there’s $10 alarm clocks out there that are easier to set up than this one. If you don’t care whether it’s easy to set up, it’s actually a pretty awesome radio for the price. You can even set an alarm to only go off on weekdays, and to adjust to daylight savings time automatically. I’m honestly amazed it wasn’t more expensive.

Was impressed with the customer service of Ames Suplier, the click was easy to read, not too bright

Love the size and the fact that when I plugged it in the time set automatically to the correct time - was amazed didn't have to set anything. The display is very bright but can easily be dimmed, I like the colour of the digital numbers (bright green). Has extra features e.g. radio, sleep timer and so on. As I bought it for the purpose of the digital readout when I awaken I have not tried any of the additional features. Can't advise on how they work.
