Is this a genuine pandora charm...i mean same that one can buy from a pandora store? is the seller pandora itself?

Hi it’s apparently the legitimate Pandora store. When my item arrived it was in a small plastic bag with a barcode. Nothing said Pandora on and there was no gift box that you usually expect from Pandora hope this helps. The item was of good quality so I kept it but told the person I gifted it to I was not 100% sure it was real, they seemed very happy with it tho
