Is this can use in USA without convertors?

Yes i bought this product from Amazon and this is a USA model which has 110V,60Hz rating which is appropriate and doesn't require any convertors

no,our mixer working perfectly,did u try a small red button under the motor base just push n try again,still not working may be have some technical errors better send it back n they will replace or refund, make another order definitely next one will work,becoz we recommended it for 3 more persons ,all of them are working....

I have never been able to remove the blade of the small jar. How should I remove it for cleaning?

Unlike the blade on the bigger jar you might have noticed that the smaller jar has a nut screwed on it, meaning it is a fixed blade and hence cannot be removed. Best way is to soak in hot water for a while under soap solution and use a knife for the hard to reach areas

does this have any warranty ? if so for how many years ?

I had a one year warranty but I've never had to use it for the past 7 years despite heavy use
