How deep is the seat?

The depth from the front to the back of the seat is noticeably smaller than most chairs, I'm 5'11" and I find it very uncomfortable

Is this a good chair for someone who is little under 5 feet?

Yes the chair would be useful for someone under 5 feet it's adjustable and it does go really low. I'm not sure if it's good for someone close to 4 feet
