Do i wash my with soap forst before exfoliating or after exfoliating?

It is both a soap/cleaner and exfoliator so as you wash your face with it it cleanses and exfoliates! Don’t rub too hard if you have any cystical acne. I like it in the shower as easy to rinse my face after cleaning it.
