It states 120hz native refresh rate, however in the image of the hdmi inputs it shows 4k@60hz. Which is it please.

The panel is set to 120hz but HDMI 2.0 showing 4K will cap out at 60fps due to its native bandwidth limitation. If you want to see frames higher like via PC then set the hdmi output resolution in say windows, to 2k or 1080 then it will be able to display up to 120fps to use the full the 120hz refresh. It just cant be done at 4k. HDMI 2.1 ports and cables are needed for 120fps @4K which this panel and basically all others right now dont have. New TVs and monitors out this year and next, will feature HDMI 2.1 as a Big selling point so look out for it. However, 60fps at 4k will still look better in terms of motion handling on this120hz panel. So theres still merit, particularly for under a grand at 1000 nits peak!

Does anybody with this tv notice it has a slight backwards tilt?

I haven’t personally noticed this issue at all. I have just had a look and mine doesn’t tilt backwards at all. If it is on a unit, could the unit be slightly off?

I have a 2tb Samsung and Toshiba external hard drive with movies on, will it play them ok through the usb port

Can't see why not, supports lots of formats and I haven't had an issue using my hard drive or USB.
