This belt came without the buckle or the holes. I was expecting a usable belt . Not happy !

I am not sure what the question is. If the belt was defective or missing components I an sure Timberland will replace it. The belt that I received was excellent. The quality was superior to belts selling for much more.

Feels cheap and plasticy

I bought this belt having owned some previous timberland boots. But the leather on this belt feels cheap and plasticy. The belt itself also feels thin. Credit where it's due, it does work as a belt.
