Combed through the entire book, and there are many gem training sessions.

I've been dipping into this book for the last couple of years, picking out exercises to use with my youth futsal players. The book is well-written and illustrated and has lots of realistic and useful exercises, including relevant coaching points and suggestions for progressions. I think the author has a good insights into both games.
