Product good but delivery guy bad

The product is good and reached on time but the franchisee who delivered the courier from amazon behaved very bad. They demanded extra Rs70 for delivering the courier to us but we had not pai them but this should not happen in future again which will spoil the reputation of amazon. please enquire in the matter and take necessary action after finding the person who had delivered the goods and keep us informed of the action taken
