This is excellent flour, and it makes delicious bread and other baked goods. Bib’s Red Mill is top quality products.However, every shipment of this from Amazon has arrived damaged. Amazon simply doesn’t properly pack the flour, or consider it to be food. Torn and damaged bags are a result. One shipment was left out in the rain.
