It offers great value, taste, and texture across the board. What really stands out to me is the impressive potassium to sodium ratio compared to other powders. A full serving packs 50g of protein, which is too much for me in one sitting, so I only take a half portion at a time. Even at half a serving, it mixes well and is a fantastic supplement to keep on hand.

Not chalky at all. I use with milk to get a creamier taste but still delicious with water. I don’t get bloated at all and am sensitive to bloating. Keeps me full and I feel like I’m cheating when I drink it when I’m craving something sweet. It is hard to shake up so I use a hand blender sometimes. I got the 5lb and I drink 1 -2 shakes a day and it’s lasted me a month and counting. I’ve tried a few powders and can say this is the only one I don’t mind drinking.

I really like the taste. Its just what I wanted. Very happy with this purchase. I will order again.

The chocolate protein isn't bad. It had great macros for its cost, never upset my stomach, and had a pretty good texture (it mixed well in room-temp or warm water and baked fairly well, but left a small amount of grit in ice cold water). The only reason I took off a star is for the flavor. I just couldn't get myself to like it, especially after tasting other chocolate proteins. I may try another flavor but would likely not come back to chocolate. It just isn't "the one" for me.

I love this stuff. I've been using it for years, and it is very consistent in flavor and consistency. The chocolate flavor is my favorite, followed by the vanilla, and the strawberry would be my least favorite. The vanilla and strawberry both have a little bit of a synthetic aroma and flavor to them. It can be slightly chalky/grainy in texture, but the chocolate flavor is great. I love mixing mine with cinnamon and PB2 powder as well, which makes it taste like a peanut butter cup. I also use it in baking. It tastes incredible when you mix in instant coffee. It's like a really nice mocha shake. I really like that it's packed with so many vitamins and minerals. The tub is made of super thick plastic, and they're great to reuse for other things, so that's an added bonus if you're conscious about recycling like I am.

Pretty decent protein. Good value for money. I like to mix it with milk, it doesn't taste very good with Water.

Expect to have High Cholesterol when taking this product. I recently went to the doctor and I do not eat bad at all. I have limited fast food intake, and mainly only eat baked or grilled chicken. I stay away from fried foods and I stay away from dairy fir the most part. I stayed drinking this every single morning as my me routine and I have been for over 2 months now. I recently got blood work done and noticed my cholesterol levels were WAYY over the normal limit... I would steer clear of this product if you want your cholesterol levels to stay in check. You may be getting great protein levels, but this product is not healthy for you. I wanted to defend it but my blood work proves otherwise. I do not recommend and I will not be buying this anymore. My job also has me active all day as I move pallets of paint material all day long. So no I'm not sitting all day. This product is just terrible for you.
