Why is this a prime item when it takes a week to ship?

I asked the same question above.  The seller answered me in email and here on Amazon but Amazon deleted their answer!  Here is what they said in my email : The Sacro Wedgy answered:"That is something amazon would have to answer - we ship to them - they fill the orders - we are the home office - my Dad is the inventor - we have questions about that ourselves. Question 2

Is this helpful for anterior pelvic tilt? Would love to be able to lay on my back without pain or walk without pinching lower back muscles.

I can't say for certain since I do not have that condition, but I imagine it would help a lot. It basically cradles the sacrum, like pushing it up, so that everything around it relaxes back to a neutral position, as it should be. Over time it teaches your body to realign properly without causing injury or added strain anywhere else. I have a mild tilt, many pinches nerves and vertebrae out of place, and I've found that this has helped a lot. I also wear a sacroiliac belt by day & often sleep in it, which I highly recommend, as it forces your body to use the correct muscles when standing or walking. The Wedgy does too, but after you get up you may fall back into bad habits, so use it daily. I like both as they seem to be complimentary. Hope that helps.

Question 3

When I lay on the floor and use this, my pelvis tilts forward and arches my back. This leaves a gaping space between my floor and spine. Is this right

Actually that is the psoas trying to release and is how this process works. Just relax and let it happen - try to have NO muscle engaged anywhere just for a while. If you need to, bend both knees and do 2 or 3 pelvic tilts where you very slowly curve to the floor - flatten your back - and hold 5 or 6 seconds and do a few of these then straighten your legs to relax. Just sounds like you have a tight psoas muscle - call if you need to or have more questions. I travel a good bit and don't always see this daily. Thanks Cindy 200-737-9295

Would this be a lot different than using the small 4 inch soft therapy ball under the base of your spine?

It's different in that it relaxes both sides at once.  I've never tried putting a ball directly on my spine though.  I usually use it on one side or the other.
