This is a hard question to answer. It depends on your mother's strength. The walker is very light; however, my wife cannot lift it so I help her with any step up or down. Other people might be able to lift it. I depends on the individual and their condition.

Poor After Sales service

While the product is excellent and gave my mother a new lease of life after a non-union fracture in the leg, there is no After Sales service available in cities other than Kolkatta. Considering the price point at which the product comes, this is not acceptable!
