Powerfit Elite Vibration Plate Exercise Machine with Resistance Bands, Whole Body Workout Platform

I am pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect it to work. I am an active 66 years old. I read the nasty review from a young person, and was hesitant at first. But am I glad I didn't listen to that review. I can't speak for younger users, but I think for older people, it is a miracle. My thighs and hips were bothering me from stiffness, and inflammation. I started slowly on the machine. A little bit every day (2x a day). After a week, my hips now feel strong. The pain seems to have disappeared. I feel strong enough to go walking through the neighborhood at a good pace in the morning. What can I say, but I am so happy with my purchase. Don't listen to that nasty review, especially if you are older. It has improved my legs and my feet, strengthened my arms, and my entire core. I wasn't looking to lose weight necessarily, but I have firmed up and toned, and slimmed in my middle. The instructions say 3x a week. But I've done it every day. Not the full 10 minutes as suggested. I worked up to doing 10 minutes, twice a day. The first time, you will feel it awakening dormant hip and buttock muscles, like an itching sensation. But it goes away after you keep doing it, and the body gets stronger. I can do the full 10 minutes now. It's progressive. I am happy they discovered this new way of healing and working the body. And, it's EASY to store, and put away. The machine itself is like a scale, doesn't take up much space. Weighs about 8 or 10 lbs to lift. I didn't want anything to heavy to carry from room to room. Very very pleased.

Especially in this time of being shut-in at home most of the time and I'm disabled and my bf works 3rd shift so we take turns and use the Powerfit. I can be on it with the timer set for 30 mins and doing my exercises with the armbands and before I know it, the timer is going off and I am done. I haven't had this much luck doing any kind of activity in years. My bf actually finds it relaxing after working on his feet all night and bending to his knees. He will get on the Powerfit and feel energized. Like the headline says, we love it.

This is not for weight loss. NOT FOR LOSING WEIGHT. Now that I have said that. I bought this as a gift for my 60+ year mother. This machine has helped her so much to have longer stamina for walking and being able to not get tired easily. It has also helped her with her balance. From time to time I use it myself (usually after work) helps tremendously with my tired feet/legs. I work 8+ hours walking/standing so at the end of the day my feet/legs are killing me BUT this machine really does take that pain away. If your looking to buy this for weight loss I wouldn’t recommend. But if you are just trying to take some pain off of your feet/ legs or have better stamina and balance this is it. It might work for weight loss if your on a regular diet and doing other physical work outs but if your intentions are to buy this just because you saw it on TV to lose weight it will disappoint your expectations. This is honestly the best gift your can give someone who wants to work on having longer stamina and relieving pain from the feet/legs.

I did some research on this before purchasing it. The board works really well so far. I use it 10 minutes a day 4 times a week. You can feel your muscles working while using it. I feel the difference in my legs and other muscles. There a few small things I don't like. I can only adjust time and speed while it is vibrating so that was a little disappointing. The remote does not work all the great. It is great for turning on but to go up and down on the time or speed , it does not work. Not really all that important though to me. It might bother some else. I did not know they had a model with wheels and a handle or I would have gotten that one. I am happy with my purchase so far. I hope it continues to work.

For me, this machine is really helping me with balance! I love the way you can adjust the vibration levels, and I feel it helps with the lymphatic system and osteoporosis. I am supposed to walk to help strengthen my bones, however it hurts my back, so using this machine for 10 minutes a day to simulate walking, jogging or running is perfect for me. I am in my late 60's, and it really gets the blood moving, I feel energized after a session. I do have to say since I have had balance problems all of my life, I place the machine where I can hold on to something such as a grab bar or a counter if I need to , all in all I am very happy with this purchase!

This was recommended to me by my rheumatologist - she called it a "vibration plate". They give an instruction booklet with it, but for my restless legs, she told me to sit in a chair and place my feet on it. For my sore wrist & hand, I'll put my arm and/or hand on it. I also do a yoga vinyasa flow standing on it; plus there are resistant bands to use for strength training. Add a 2-5 lb weight in your hands and you'll really get a strong workout! This is well worth the money and can be used in various ways to adapt to your needs.

THE POWERFIT IS PHENOMENAL SO FAR! MY LEGS AND FEET HAVE FELT SLUGGISH FOR A LONG TIME. LOTS OF TINGLING WHICH LETS ME KNOW MY CIRCULATION IS GETTING A WORKOUT AND MY LEGS AND FEET FEEL REJUVENATED EVERY TIME I USE IT. A BEST FRIEND BOUGHT ONE IMMEDIATELY AND WE TRY TO 'OUT DO' EACH OTHER FOR FUN BY TEXT AND ENGAGING THE POWERFIT 5-8 TIMES A DAY IN THE 10 MINUTE INCREMENTS. I'LL GET INTO THE EXTRA EXERCISES THEY SAY YOU CAN DO WITH IT IN A LITTLE WHILE. WE LOVE IT!!!!!!!! A GREAT INVESTMENT IN MYSELF.

12/16/2020-There is nothing that I dislike about this machine. Oh my goodness! It's so effective and it definitely works! This machine will shake every part of your body and you have the options of just standing still in the running, jogging or walking positions. I've only had this machine for 6 days and I am seeing positive results and I have so much more energy. This is the best investment ever! 5 STARS!!!!! 12/29/2020- NOW 1 STAR!!!! The machine suddenly shut off! So I restarted and it shut off again and the lights started flickering on and off. So I unplugged it and re-plugged it into another outlet in hopes that it would resolve the problem. I was happy that the machine started and I began my workout, then it shut down again and the plug does appears to comes out of the machine when on higher speed. Now the machine will not come on to operate at all. I was so disappointed so I went onto the AMAZON site and was happy to see that I was able to get a replacement order so I started the process of the return. All of a sudden I see a message stating that this item is NOT Available for Replacement! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I call Amazon and they verified that this product is not available for a replacement. Therefore, I requested a credit and returned this product on 12/30/2020. I have never been this disappoint with an other ever in my life! Due to the added stress that this has caused I will never order anything else from this product line ever again! I was so humiliated and disappointed because I really like this product and was beginning to see the positive effects of my workout progress. I even highly recommended this products to others and now I am advising family and friend not to purchase due to my experience and the false information regarding the replacement of this product.
