Surya Dark Brown Henna Cream (4 Pack)

It colors the hair well without any noticeable damage. For covering gray hair, you need to wrap your hair with plastic wrap and leave it on for more than an hour. It does leave a slightly reddish tone, but it’s still better than having gray hair, so I’m okay with it. The color fades every time I wash my hair, so I have to redo it after about two weeks.

Comes in a liquid form and appreciate that it has no chemicals. I have ordered both the black and dark brown and for me, the colors work out great. Easy to apply on hair. Gloves and cap were included. Just don't plan on saving any if you have any color left over, because there is no way to store any left over. I have hair down to my waist, and one bottle is enough for touch up of roots and to spread down to ends. Because of my grays, I do leave this on an extra 20 mins then what the instructions say. Leaves my hair soft and manageable.

Great coverage! Regular dyes gave me welts and bumps on my scalp. Henna is natural and doesn't give me allergic reactions. Made my hair shiny and not feeling all dried up. I would mix half dark brown and burgundy and it gave me beautiful highlights. I got lots of compliments when I was out in the sun. I told them the "highlights" were my "white" hairs. (-

I've been a long-time user of this product. As it got more expensive, they also no longer include gloves or a cap. So, it's barebones now. I like the product but the brand is not impressive.

This product is the best that anyone can use for damaged hair. The best for and color desired. I have used it for 21 years.

I have been using this for over a year. This product rescued me from hair dye! Despite what others say this does cover gray. You simply need to leave it on for the appropriate amount of time and start with an hour if you have a lot of gray. Once weekly I place the cream on my hairline and part. Then I comb some down through the top hair where I had frosted highlights. I place the plastic bag over my head and fasten it with a hair clip above my forehead. Then I puts my glasses on over the plastic bag, and go about my business. Until I got used to it it seemed like a laborious task but I've honed it to a fine science! I have curly frizzy hair. I'm 65 yr old female with a lot of stubborn gray. It's necessary for me to wash after application and not just rinse. Then I use a leave-in conditioner of any kind. Most often I dilute a conditioner that isn't intended for leaving in, and comb or run my fingers through my hair. Then air dry. No frizz and beautiful shine!

With a chemical allergy to PPD (found in most dark hair dyes), this product is a godsend! And SOOOO easy to use!

So disappointed with my purchase this past August. Ordered the package of 4 surya henna dark brown. All 4 bottles defective. Henna wouldn’t mix, stuck in bottom of bottle. Dried/chunky. Tried to mix without success. Tried on my grey roots. Roots turned orangey/yellow. Wish I could have gotten my money back. So sad because typically I love the product. Will order again, BUT not the 4 pack. Will try one bottle and hopefully will be fresh and not old stock.

This product covers coarse grey hair and is so richly easy to use.I love it and no harsh chemical burns or smells at all. This henna product only gives great results.
