I've been using the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches for a couple of weeks now, and I gotta say, they’re pretty awesome. If you’re like me and get those annoying surprise pimples, these patches are a lifesaver. They’re super easy to use—just pop one on at night and let it do its thing while you sleep.The patches are made with hydrocolloid, which is a fancy term for a material that sucks up all the gunk from your pimple. It’s like magic! I noticed my pimples were less red and way smaller in the morning. Plus, since they’re fragrance-free, they don’t irritate my skin, which is a big win for me.One thing I really appreciate is that they’re a bit thicker than other patches I’ve tried. I know that sounds weird, but it actually helps them stay on better overnight. I’ve had issues with patches falling off before, but not with these.On the downside, because they’re a bit thicker, they’re not totally invisible. So, I wouldn’t wear them out during the day unless you’re cool with people seeing them. Also, with 40 patches in a pack, they last a while, but if you’re dealing with a lot of breakouts, you might go through them quickly.Overall, I’d give these a solid 5 stars. Excellent!! I have used many different brands and this is my favorite. It actually makes a noticeable difference in the size and severity of the pimple and speeds up heeling. I don’t like the packaging and wish it included more pimple patches per box but the product itself is excellent. Highly recommend!

I had a terrible infected pimple on my jawline that these patches not only helped to clear, but absolutely were stellar in sucking out the pus from said infected pimple. In 1-2 days I had the spot in so much better of a condition, and these patches worked a LOT better than my mighty hero ones did. (Those ones were just not sucking anything out of the pimple, it was frustrating. They usually worked well but not for this big boy pimple.)But these? Man, I slapped these babies on that pimple and boom. 3 hours later i had to change the patch cause it was so white with gunk! I absolutely recommend giving these a shot. They're comfortable too, come in two sizes for big or little spots, so you always have options depending on how big your pimples are. It's a great buy!

The adhesive used is gentle and non-irritating making it a fine choice for sensitive skin types.One drawback of the pimple patches is the difficulty with removing them from their plastic backing. During this process, I often find myself relying on my nails, which can cause the edges of the patches to curl. This curling damages the patches' adhesiveness, affecting their effectiveness when treating pimples. The frustration of trying to remove the patches without damaging them can be quite frustrating. It would be great if the packaging were designed with practicality, maybe incorporating a more user-friendly mechanism that allows for easier peeling without risking the patches themselves. Enhanced packaging could improve the overall experience and effectiveness of these products.
