Well worth it.
Just what I wanted. Great braising pan, induction compatible.

Perfect pan for anything in a gravy or sauce.
Ive bought this Braiser Pan in 3 sizes. Each is excellnt for cooking curry's, gravys, sauced vegetable dishes etc. The tri ply prevents scorching and the lower depth allows everything to cook very evenly. I have a 3 qt, 6 qt, and a 9qt. that covers the sizes I need. They clean up very easily. Mine are not the nonstick coated version but nothing seems to stick in them anyway. Beautiful and shiney.

Buy it
I have been an all. Clad, made-in, etc buyer. This is my 4th Tramontina pan and it is simply a very high quality pan. It is manufactured in Brazil. To be assured that it is you have to buy the O’Dell with the Stainless cover. If the cover is glass it is Mae in china. Also made sure it says tri ply. That is import, must say full clad tri ply. You will be very impressed with the results. Just use medium heat for two minutes then add some oil, wait until it shimmers, not smoke and then cook. I just starting using this method, which i should have been using all along, and it is amazing. If you don;t feel right or uncomfortable, just buy one pan but make sure it is made in Brazil. If it has a cover it sates it is stainless steel. If it is glass it is Chinese.

Looking sharp!
I needed/wanted bigger pan and after doing my research I decided to give Tramontina a try. I am very familiar with Tramontina brand, been using their frying pans I've got at Costco for few years now with no complaints. My other stainless steel cookware is All Clad and honestly I didn't notice any difference in performance between my Tramontina pans from Costco (made in China by the way) and my All Clad pans (D3 and D5 to be exact). So I ordered Tramontina Signature Tri-Ply Clad Stainless Steel 6-Quart Braiser Pan with Lid - great size, exactly what I was looking for! The weight is not heavy at all! It looks sharp and beautiful. In fact, I had it sitting on my cooktop and got complements from my family noticing this pan (they never complemented any of my cookware before!).I used it mostly as frying pan and liked larger cooking surface. It heats evenly (I have gas), and performs well. I heated it before use as you supposed to with SS and had no issues with sticking food.I am so happy I ordered this pan and didn't spend 4 times more on All clad! Highly recommend!

Love, love, love this pan
Excellent quality at a bargain price. I love this pan and it can be used in so many different ways. It’s good for frying and the large size and high sides prevent a lot of the splattering that sometimes happens. It would be great for beef stew or chicken and dumplings Because it’s deep enough to accommodate those dishes. I couldn’t be happier with this pan and it cleans up beautifully.

Great brand.
Like this pan.

Great performance and value!
I love cooking in this pot! It's very durable, adequate size, easy to clean and does not spin when cooking on my smooth top stove.

Great multi use pan
I’ve been a huge fan of the brand that end with clad, but couldn’t find one in this size and shape that wouldn’t cost me an arm and leg. I did some research and this brand kept coming up as a more budget friendly dupe. I haven’t been disappointed and have put this braiser through the ringer. If you are short on space, this one pan can easily fit all your needs. At the chance of sounding like an infomercial, this pan does it all! Soup, stews, searing, saute, stir-fry, braising, oven dishes, one pot dishes etc. It is sturdy and heat distribution is great as well.

Quality Pan
Nicely made and a good weight. At six quarts this pan is the ideal size for braises and sauces.

6qt braiser tramontina
This cooks really well. Can comfortably cook 5 cups of rice in it. I have had it for over 3 months now and it’s been really amazing. It’s a little heavy when filled but I don’t think it’s an issue since I leave the pot on the stove after cooking. It doesn’t stick if you heat it up, cool it a little and then add your oil and cook - just the stainless steel water bead test. It’s really easy to clean. If it burns, soak it with dish soap and water for some hours and wash it off. To keep it shiny, wash with bar keepers friend, rinse with water and vinegar. It’s a beauty. Definitely would recommend.
User
Brilliant.
Love this Braiser. Well worth the money. Heat the pan before adding oil and it’s as non-stick as a pan with a ‘non-stick’ coating and no toxins.
User
The best!
Finally, we have this fantastic rondeaux. I've made several dishes in this and it cleans up beautifully. I've even made beef cutlets and nothing sticks to the pan. Considering the price of others, this is the best purchase.

The item is exquisite, just the way I like it. It’s big enough for a family of 4. The quality of the stainless steel is top notch
