Newentor® High Pressure Shower Head with Handheld, 6 Mode, Rain Shower Head

I've purchased other Newentor products in the past and have always been impressed with the quality of the packaging and of the product itself. After using this shower head I find it to be better than the Speakman shower head that I used to think was the best. This company has one again proven itself to be first class. The head is easy to install. They even supply plumber tape in the package for the threads. The coverage seems to be better than a round head. The different stream settings work well. You can't go wrong with this beauty.

NEVER thought I'd like a showerhead so much so I apologize in advance for a long-winded review lol We swapped our old showerhead (which was also a handheld) for this after not being able to use it with our new shower. The old showerhead was triple the amount spent on this and a very reputable brand. *rolls eyes* We found out that it's just plastic, even in the connector so we cannot use it in our new home because no matter WHAT we tried, it would unscrew itself and with high pressure stab you in the face with water straight from the wall lmao smh it was no fun but I can laugh about it now, okay? First off, it's prettier than our last one and that makes me so happy. Way more sleek and modern looking and goes with our decor nicely. It looks like a regular, modern showerhead that can also be used as a handheld. Lovely. My husband said it was a breeze to install, no different than any other showerhead he's installed in the past. Then I actually USED the dang thing, haha it's so cool! It has so much more water pressure somehow and has a clicky trigger on the side to change the type of spray! So neat. smh I feel weird gushing over a "clicky trigger thingy" lol but I really love it. We would turn the old showerhead itself to get it to change settings and sometimes it would get stuck between two and would annoy me but I didn't think there was a better alternative for a handheld. My husband and I like handheld much better for being able to spray down the shower when cleaning, rinsing off our feet when we inevitably run outside barefoot-like cave-people, washing our pets, and even for sore muscles or rinsing hair masks and dye out of hair. Needless to say, a handheld was a non-negotiable when searching for a replacement. The different settings are crazy great as well. One that I don't like and hubby does is the "mist" setting. Meh lol he digs it though so that's cool at least someone will use that one. I like the regular setting best as it reminds me of rainfall because the showerhead is so much wider than I'm used to. It gets my whole body and all of my hair wet instead of having to bob and weave under a weak stream of water haha Had no idea we were "slumming it" with our old showerhead! There are some other settings such as a turbo massage setting that I have used to scrub soap off of our shower and glass doors. It helps cleaning time go by much quicker which is a freaking bonus lol *SIGH* We love it so much we even bought a filter to top it off and it makes us feel like we're in a hotel or something (: P.S. Sometimes it's scary buying online because of color deception but this matches our shower's existing chrome fixtures perfectly! 10 out of ten would recommend.

This shower head looks more expensive than it is and it's very easy to install. The handheld part may be plastic, but it has a very solid feel and the the flow adjustment button on the handle is great. Our water pressure was already pretty good, but this shower head may have even improved it a bit more. The rectangular shape produces a wider spread which certainly improved the shower experience from the very "base" level shower head my apartment came with. UPDATE 6/20/21: The "flow mode" switch suddenly stopped working. The switch would move but it would not click and engage other modes and it was stuck on "very hard". I disconnected the shower head to see if I could take it apart and figure out the issue. Before I could figure out how to take it apart, I realized the button was clicking again like it used to so I reconnected the shower head to test it and it suddenly started working again. The only theory I have is that the pressure build up inside the shower head may have forced the mechanism to stay in place. When I first disconnected the hose from the wall mount, there was a significant pop of pressure release and a lot of water draining from the shower head. UPDATE 8/9/23 Almost 3 years since I purchased this and the button has been tricky switching modes. I discovered that turning off the water between switches would typically work. However, the switch has stopped working altogether and it's time to buy another shower head.

If you want a showerhead that gives you a full pressure, full soaking, this is it. So many showerheads have coverage gaps, this one covers you completely, doesn't have just some random ring of water. It's inexpensive compared to the fancy brand ones. The button on it seems a bit flimsy, but we don't really adjust it much. The mount that threads onto the shower head pipe is fairly cheap plastic and ours eventually started cracking, but the universal ones they sell at Lowes fit this shower head fine so we were back up and running in no time. But for the price, it can't be beat. You could buy two of them for the price of fancier ones and have a spare handy.

I'm gonna start with the bad then move onto the good as far as what I have to say about this shower head. First and foremost the shower head itself is cheap. It's made of plastic and the tab you use to change shower modes has me concerned for the longevity of the product but only time will tell that. The Teflon tape it comes with is cheap. The threads that come off the shower head are also a cheap soft plastic but they didn't cause any problems for me. I could see how they might though. Now the good. Despite it being made of cheap plastic it looks good. The water pressure really is amazing with this thing and it has more water coverage than a round shower head. The modes it has are amazing and I truly mean that. After installing this I took a shower and proceeded to stay in the shower until I ran my hot water tank empty. It was the best shower I've had in a long time. The hose it comes with is very flexible and doesn't tilt the shower head at all allowing it to stay wherever you point it when on the stand or whatever that things called. Installation was easy and it comes with rubber washers, not just the ones that are installed in the fittings. Most cheap shower heads have fake holes that are for looks but don't function, this entire head sprays water and well. I mean seriously have I mentioned that it was a great shower experience yet? I've had 2 shower heads previously from this, one I bought from Walmart, the other from big lots, paid more for both of those but this one blows them out the water and they were low water pressure heads as well. Idk where I'm going with this anymore but if your looking for a great shower experience with high pressured water that has good coverage, this is your shower head. The materials are cheap, but so is the price. If this was metal or higher quality plastics it would be a $70+ head.

This is an amazing shower head. Our bath faucet was coming out strong but the shower head wasn’t so I decided to try a new shower head and it did the trick. Now the pressure is fantastic plus the shower head with different settings and sleek look makes it feel like a whole new shower. This thing is great. Light but strong. The different options are great, my kids love customizing their showers and trying out the different settings. It’s even fun to flip the lever to change them lol I am incredibly NOT handy but installed it easily myself in just a few minutes! One thing that might be helpful: the blue plastic pieces covering the ends of the hose - you need to twist them out, they don’t just pop off (took me a minute to figure that out). I looked at many handheld shower heads on Amazon but this one appealed to me because it seemed like the perfect cross between a large rain-type stationary shower head and a versatile hand shower. Because the head is fairly large and the nozzles angle outward there’s this really nice wide/broad area of water coming out. So it pretty much acts as both, which is what I wanted. All in all, highly recommend! The value for the price almost seems to good to be true! (This is my own opinion, I was not asked by the company to post! I’m just so thrilled with it and wanted to share!)

For the first year and a half this shower head has been awesome! I’ve loved the different pressure it has. It’s so relaxing. However, after that, it stops working well. For the past few days, I haven’t been able to change the water pressure; so I’ve either had super stabby water or a really fine mist. Neither are conducive for having a very functional shower. I don’t know if this is a common issue.

First of all, I was so impressed at the speed in which this was delivered! It came earlier than expected. Once installed and tested, I found this shower head to be EXACTLY what I have been looking for. It is hands down the BEST handheld shower head I have EVER purchased! The water pressure comes out very strong and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a sleek-looking and powerful shower head. What an excellent product!

Devo assolutamente dare 5 stelle su tutto. Il soffione doccia arriva in una confezione con tutti gli accessori protetti da carta e sacchetti di imballaggio. Ogni pezzo è protetto singolarmente così da evitare danneggiamenti. Il soffione arriva compreso di tubo doccia e Il montaggio è semplicissimo e le funzioni dei vari getti sono facili da selezionare con la levetta comoda da azionare. La qualità totale percepita e ottima. Veramente positivo riscontro.

The pressure was quite frankly amazing, and it had good modes. But the mode switch rarely working to not working at all in a couple weeks makes you get stuck with one mode.

UPDATE August 21, 2021....After 2 full months of use, 3x daily, this shower head goes beyond the best we have ever owned. The shower head multiple settings can be quickly adjusted with great shower. Also, the shower hose is light weight which is great when removing from the wall when you want to hose down the tub. I felt it necessary to let the customers know if you are looking to replace, Newentor shower head will not disappoint. I am so pleased with this purchase. Reading the multiple reviews, I kept coming back to this handheld shower head. The multiple settings accommodates many settings, if you want a relaxing shower, or a high pressure shower. Installation was simple. Everything was provided for the installation. What I really like though is, the shape of the shower head. It looks great! Not just a typical round shower head. I definitely would recommend this Newentor shower head with hose!.
