I have been taking these sea moss gummies for few days now. I must say I really like them so far. It really helped my keto diet progress. I have started to lose weight. This gives me encouragement now, and I’m so pumped to continue my keto diet. Best of all I have noticed an increase in my energy level as well. Didn't see nor felt any improvement(s)

I researched the health benefits, and realized this was a great addition to my new wellness journey. I've only been taking these for a couple of weeks, but I was down 6 pounds at Weight Watchers this week. Some sites warn that those of us on BP meds should be careful, since it can reduce our blood pressure to low levels. I take my pressure weekly at the company walk-in, and it was 122/80 yesterday, so I don't see that becoming an issue. My digestion is a LOT better. I'm not hungry all the time. Also, my skin is a lot less dry. I'm excited to see what happens as I continue to take this product. I was nervous they would taste awful, but they taste good. Here's what I thought when I first saw this product, TRY IT! I'm definitely going to continue taking these.
