So i tried like 4 coconuts, all cracked open and i lost all the water. what am i doing wrong? i hit it only at the front end... (young thai coconuts)

I have opened many and never lost the water...put them on a doubled hand towel before opening, then pour milk into a wide mouth bowl

How do i make it so cocnuts dont split? I leak juice over half the time from it splitting
