We have had difficulty with some glassware turning cloudy over time. Do these glasses have that problem. Are they warranteed for that issue?

I had that issue with other glasses that I made the mistake of always washing them in the dishwasher. I tried all of the DIY ways of removing the cloudiness no luck. Best to wash by hand is my suggestion to avoid the cloudiness from happening in any good glassware

I just noticed that one of the glasses I bought a week ago was delivered with chips broken out of rim. How do I get a replacement?

I had the same issue. One of my glasses Wes broken. I contacted the seller through Amazon and the sent me a new set within a week

Can you store it in the freezer or refrigerator before using the glass?

I gave these as a gift (which, BTW, they loved). Since they are made of glass, I can't imagine why you could not refrigerate or freeze them. However, this is a guess since I don't own them.

Are the glasses supposed to have a pink hue? The pair I got, especially at the bass, have the color of a rosé wine.

I purchased two sets. I really like them. I checked in order to respond to the question. I see no pink hue in any of mine. The manufacturer sent me an email thanking me for the purchase. I would contact them. There should not be any type of color hue as far as I know.
