Always great customer service! 1st time I bought from them fedex threw the package over the gate and damage mt barbell. Showed them the video and immediately replace mt item. This time I was missing a gasket. Unsure from shipping or packaging, but they were quick to fix the problem. I donr mind paying a little more for their equipment when I know it works, extremely high quality, and great service

Very pleased, high quality product
Shipped in a timely manner, arrived undamaged, very high quality product. I was concerned the chrome plating would chip but it hasn't and feels sturdier than I initially thought it would.The grips on the handles are very rough, a bit tough on the hands, but it's better than having them slip through your fingers like some rubber grips do.The rubber stoppers on the end bolts hold the plates securely. I'm very pleased with this product.
