Is this safe for indoor plants?

The Mosquito & Gnat Barrier is not labeled for use indoors, only outside the home. It is not an issue of safety, but an issue of the federally legal way to use the product according to the USEPA label.

How much of this do i put for 1 gallon of water , and can i water my plants with it to help control Gnats ?

1 1/4 Ounces per gallon of water.

Can I use this in a fogger?

I use it in my non propane fogger and it works well! The Ryobi and Hart foggers spray the wet mist type of fogging. It works for me!

How fast should this take to work? I've already applied it twice over the past week at 3 tablespoons per gallon. Losing faith QUICKLY

It should work hours after application. There are those situations where it will be difficult to repel mosquitoes and gnats due to a blowing wind and insects coming from up wind. The product should make a difference when first applied. Are you applying it thoroughly enough to the yard. The entire container should need to be applied to a yard for maximum benefit.
