Does this come with a mesh bag for storage/travel?

No it's poorly packaged very disappointing as it all came in a plastic shipping bad with no box or storage we ordered as a gift and it looks like we bought a used item due to how it's packaged!

Does it come with the cup holder

It's been awhile since we purchased this for our grandson. I am trying to think back,.......I do not believe it comes with the cup holder because I think I remember different styles being offered, additionally. I'm sorry I can't clearly remember but that's what comes to mind. You could choose between different themes for the cup holder, but I do believe it was extra.
