Great high protein snack!
I’m not supposed to like mac & cheese, but this is so filling full of protein and OK yummy!!

Tasty way to get lots of protein!
The regular (American Cheddar?) flavor is GREAT (for a protein-infused mac n cheese), however be advised that the WHITE CHEDDAR FLAVOR IS REPULSIVE! To each his own, but I'm not the only one on here saying the same thing so don't say you haven't been warned! It really fills you up and as far as taste it might be just slightly off-putting at first but halfway through it you won't even notice the difference and by the end you'll be craving more! Get swole!! 💪

This product is AMAZING. Tastes incredible and yes high sodium, drink a LOT of water. It does the job!

High protein mac n cheese, yes please!!!
This is probably the best option for high protein mac n cheese. I've found I also like Goodles but the protein isn't as high. The only real reason for 4 and not 5 stars (would realistically be 4.5) is it's impossible to cook in the microwave without spilling over which can sometimes lead to the noodles not getting fully cooked. I am going to try and just boil water and pour it in and let it sit for 5 minutes as I have done with other microwaveable products. In the end the proportions are filling, the cheese flavor is surprisingly good, and if you do like I do and mix in 1 can of tuna and some peas its a pretty tasty and quick meal for around 500 calories with 40 grams of protein, and you get your mac n cheese fix.

Quick, easy and tasty!
My son loves this for a quick meal to help him hit his macros goals! He says it tastes awesome and he ups the protien by throwing in some grilled chicken nuggets.

Salty, packaging of product by manufacturer not great
Salty, WAY TOO SALTY. 4 out of 12 of the containers in the case of 12 were open.

Delicious & great macros.
I eat one of these for lunch every day. Very helpful for hitting protein macros while on a cut and actually tastes really good. Actually prefer this over regular Kraft mac & cheese. Portable and easy to heat and mix. Very convenient.

this is the best mac n cheese in a cup! tastes great!
tastes greaat! very creamy! great for a sub if too lazy to cook and impatient to wait Ive had the white cheddar, and it doesnt compare to this!! sucks theyre not consistent with availability!
