Easy to use, effective!
The FitFLIDE has been a God send for the swelling in my feet and ankles... and as I've used it, it has significantly improved my knee. Much less pain! I thought it was a little pricey when I ordered it, but it has proved to be worth every penny. I could have ordered the unit with the one side, and almost did due to cost, but I finally opted for the double and I'm so glad I did... it's helped my bad knee and I'm pretty sure it's going to strengthen my good one to avoid the same issues I've had with the other one. Definitely recommend!

Great if you can't bend your knee enough to use an exercise bike or elliptical.
My mother-in-law is getting knee replacement surgery in a few months. In the meantime her doctor wanted her to use an exercise bike or something like the Cubii every day before and after surgery. We tried both of those with her and she was unable to bend her knee enough to use them. I saw this on YouTube and thought it was worth a try. She had no trouble using this at all, and can easily use it in her wheelchair, at the dining room table or from her lift recliner in the living room. I use it too, and it gives a pretty good workout! I definitely feel it in my upper legs, hips and calves. We plan on showing it to her surgeon.

It Works!
I bought Fit Glide to strengthen my legs one month prior to knee replacement surgery and of course, to use after surgery during rehab. I was skeptical; how could sliding my feet forward and back do anything? After 1 minute of activity, my muscles gave me the answer. After one week of use, I am able to do three minutes and will continue to lengthen session. I have gained strength; now able to use right leg to lead climbing stairs which I was unable to do prior to work on FitGlide. Thanks Bob and Brad for a great product.

If you're tethered to your desk...
You know the importance of getting up, walking around, maybe a little exercise... This FitGlide helps you to exercise while you're sitting. It fits under your desk and your feet fit comfortably on the gliders. I've done this long enough that it's become a good habit to have and doesn't interrupt my work.

price materials
its very light but it does not look like it will last long.materials are all plastics.this equipment is only good for those post op knee and probably hip replacement..overpriced considering the materials used to make this.

Works as described
This is very easy to set up and use. For me I haven't been consistent about it because in order for me to use it (I'm short) I have to sit forward in a chair with a pillow behind my back for back support. I do think it's a bit over priced, but the quality is good so I have no complaint about that.
