I purchased it for a very low-tech friend that wanted to be able to gauge her daily activity. First, the item came without instruction. I obviously runs on batteries, but nowhere in the product description on desertcart, nor on the package itself did it indicate what size/type of battery needed. Second, day 2 of use, it stopped working. So I tried to change the battery. In the process of trying to open the battery compartment the thing fell apart in my hands!! So I decided to return the item, which leads me to my last compaint. I went into my desertcart orders to request a return shippin label and found out I have to pay for the return shipping, which isn't uncommon. What is unusual is that the amount that I have to pay to return the item is MORE than what I paid for it in the first place, So in essence I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PRIVILEGE OF HAVING THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IN MY POSSESSION FOR ALL OF 2 DAYS!!! I will never buy from this seller again. Review: Ok device - Did last long.
