Nice Switch, I'd give it 4.5 stars and round up to 5
Five stars because once installed, it operates perfectly and looks pretty cool too. I would remove half a star because it's a little more difficult to install than it could be.Some additional things that I needed that were not included in the package:1. A 3-inch pigtail wire for the neutral connection (I was able to scrounge through my junk boxes and find a piece of wire to use).2. Correct size wire nut for neutral connection.3. Switch plate extension (spacer) plate (Everyone won't need this, but my electrical box was too crowded to fit this new switch.4. Correct size screws for switch installation.I'm not saying that Moesgo needs to include these things, but a buyer should be aware that they may be needed. As I mentioned, the installation is a little more complicated then replacing a basic single pole switch. If you don't know what you're doing, I highly recommend getting an electrician to do it.Instructions provided are not all that great and assume that you know what you're doing. Before you order the switch, you will want to verify that there is a neutral wire in the box (usually a white wire). Most modern installations will have this, but some will not. You'll need to add a pigtail to connect the neutral wire in the box to the switch. I needed a larger size wire nut to connect the pigtail and get 4 wires on a nut. Also, you will need to verify which of the two black wires is the hot from the breaker panel and which is the wire going to the light. A voltage tester is convenient for this, although I suppose you could do it by trial and error. The Moesgo switch has a pretty fat extended portion on the back that houses the electronics and the relay. My electrical box was already very crowded and once I wired everything up I realized that it wasn't going to fit . There just wasn't enough room in the box to mount the switch flush to the wall. That was a little bit of a bummer because the switch would look sleeker mounted flush to the wall. To be fair, this is not a problem unique to the Moesgo switch. Pretty much any electronic switch or dimmer switch will have the same issue.I purchased this nice spacer plate and it solved my problem well:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B085DQ8K5J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1One more thing. The screws supplied with the switch were not the correct thread for my standard electrical box. Luckily, the spacer that I purchased came with the correct size screws. All of that said, once the installation was complete, the switch works perfectly and flawlessly. I easily synced it with the app and with my Amazon Echo Dot. It works perfectly with Alexa and never fails.

Perfect remote light switch!
We bought these to try in our master bedroom as a light on each of our sides of the bed. They work amazing! We will be updating all of our rooms.

Muy bueno
Fácil de instalar, recuerden que su cableado debe tener las 3 líneas, si solo tiene 2 NO LE VA A SERVIR

Won’t connect to Wi-Fi – factory-defective module
After multiple attempts and troubleshooting steps, I confirmed that the switch simply never activated its Wi-Fi module. I tried everything: 2.4GHz network, EZ pairing mode, power cycling, Smart Life app permissions, and verified proper wiring with both neutral and live lines connected.Although the touch panel works and the device responds to touch, the Wi-Fi icon never lights up, and the switch never broadcasts a signal for pairing. In the end, I concluded that the Wi-Fi module was factory-defective, making it useless for smart control.Very disappointing. I don’t recommend it unless the seller can guarantee prior quality control or an immediate replacement.

2 Yrs Going Strong
I LOVE this switch. I am big on smart home items, and even better if they aren't insanely expensive. I tried this out because of the price and it has been outstanding.I've had it installed for 2 years. I love that I can customize the buttons in the app to control different things. When my kitchen lights stopped working, I was quickly able to reprogram the switch to power some floor lamps we were using temporarily (which were already controlled in the smartlife app).I have it in a spot where I only have 1 switch but is central to the front door, kitchen, and living room and I can program all 3 areas to this switch. My only complaint is that once in a while it loses connectivity to the internet (once or twice a year). I haven't figured out how to reset it so it will try to reconnect without actually flipping the breaker, but that could just be user error on my part. All the switches except for the one hard wired will stop working until it's connection is restored. The only other quirk is if the device it is controlling (a light or lamp) loses connectivity or fails, sometimes it's removed from the routine that ties it to this switch and will have to be re-added. That isn't really an issue with this switch, more of a problem with the lamp it contolls that keeps failing and removing itself from the app.If your hesitating, it's worth a try. I got the 4 gang without knowing if I'd need the other 3, and I eventually used them all.
