8 holded South Indian carnatic flute.Received in a good package (wooden box with thermocol plugged in sides - not suitable for reuse)Has one (side) blowing hole and 8 playing holes.One end of the flute closed by natural node of bamboo and other end is open.Tuned to scale C but all swarasthanas don't sound perfect. OK for practice/casual playing. Not a professional flute.Finger Holes widely placed - meaning it is not suitable for those who are starting to learn flute.... once comfortable playing in higher scale ones, can start trying this for a bass effect!Affordable price.Prompt delivery by Amazon

No sound clarity

The quality of the Flute is VERY GOOD. The flute was received in a very strong wooden packet. Great.

This flute - scale C - is of good quality. The other two flutes - 2 1/2 and 5 sruthis - received today are of worst quality. Bamboo is very thin and not of good quality. Replacement or refund is requested for those two flutes.

Very good packaging. One sent first time was not good and out of scale. After replacement request I received good one.
