I was really impressed with this renewed phone! It arrived looking very clean with only minimal cosmetic wear, just as described. The phone works smoothly, and the fact that it passed a full diagnostic test gave me extra confidence that everything was functioning properly. I also appreciate that it is unlocked, making it easy to use with a carrier of your choice. The battery is guaranteed to have at least 80% capacity, and mine has been performing well for everyday use. It also came with a charging cable, which was convenient. Overall, this is a great option if you're looking for a more affordable phone without sacrificing functionality. It may be renewed, but it still looks and performs very well. Definitely a great value for the price!

Got this for my kid as their first phone for middle school. Honestly, it’s been great so far. The phone came in really good condition, looks nice, and everything works the way it should. For a first phone, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, and this was a really good choice. It does everything my kid needs — calling, texting, apps, pictures, etc. The size is also perfect, especially for a younger kid. Very happy with it for the price. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a simple and reliable first phone for your child.

I bought this on a budget since it was going to be my first iPhone. So i had to buy it in an acceptable condition and though it’s only going to be a backup phone since i’m saving up for an 14 I still needed enough GB. But overall it’s a great product I expected like it busted up but no it’s a great product for something that costed 95 bucks without taxes. And the batter is in 80 percent it’s not as like shocking but overall this is worth it and i recommend if you wanted to buy it update i have been using this for about 17 days and i love it it’s so nice and there is some scratches thats visible but it doesn’t bug me at all. If you wanna use this to know about the ios system it’s an amazing phone it works well on ios 26 and 27 too though it lags a bit

I've had an IPhone SE for years. I like this model because it's nice and compact. I don't want an enormous phone to carry around. All I use it for is calls, texts, and occasional web browsing. But the screen on my old one was crumbling (literally) and the hard drive (64 gigs) was almost full. I decided it was time to replace. Apple no longer sells them, so I looked for a used/reconditioned one. They are not hard to find and the prices are pretty reasonable. I chose this one because Amazon has always been good about product support. The phone is like new. Mint condition. I loaded everything I needed from my old phone and all is well. My ONLY concern, and the reason this has four stars and not five is that the battery is not an Apple battery. My phone periodically reminds me of this. There are some fairly minor functions relating to battery function that appear to be compromised. I would like this phone to last as long as my old one (several years) so , so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Look brand new excellent condition so far so good! Battery at 85% I would recommend and I will be buying again next month for my daughter and my granddaughter. I’m happy so far so good Can’t tell it was refurbished except for the battery I believe stops working

Battery was at 95%. Phone appears and acts as new. One tip: it came with a screen protector, and that covered the ear speaker where you hear calls. I removed it. Amazing value and the quality of Amazon Premium Renewed is better than promised.

Contacting this company is next to impossible. They ignore emails and phones calls. The phone froze when I was installing my profile and programs. iTunes locked up on the phone and then the phone locked up and would not clear. After several youtube videos and calls to iPhone Geeks, I was finally able to get it unlocked (no thanks to the seller) The battery only stays charged for 2 hours then goes dead. Once I finally got it programed and operating, the phone is good, but it's dead after 2 hours of use. All of my apps are turned off and the phone is set to power save modes. Essentially all I use it for is to play music from and for that it works great. Customer service from these people is lacking though

It came and I wasn’t able to create my apple account so I had to go to safari and do it there also when the phone came i checked the screen and it had a line going down across the phone but it was very unnoticeable over all I’m happy with the phone it’s the real thing and it’s smooth but it does overheat.

Visibly flawless. Wish battery health was a bit better but heard the battery life on these models isn’t great to begin with. Price can’t be beat for a backup Apple phone. Would recommend this particular seller Bonjour L’Electronique. Thanks

I am not liking the cable type even though it was a braided cable and the charger was very cheaply made but the phone had no scratches, blemishes, cracks, fingerprints and was such a fantastic upgrade for my mother's iPhone 7 she had before I bought this upgrade for her! I'm so impressed with this one! Battery's capacity was @ 96% and I was blown away seeing that! Was almost dead so I had to charge it when I got it set up but other than that, was a BREEZE for everything that this phone offered! My mom's so happy with it and I love that! Excellent refurbished product! I definitely recommend this to anyone on a strict budget wanting a great phone at a great price point! Very reasonable!

Ok, so I ordered this re-furbished phone because I'm going on a cruise and I can't take my business iPhone phone with me. When I opened the box, I was very impressed. The phone was absolutely like brand new. No scratches, the screen was perfect and everything worked. I set it up and everything went smoothly. It charged with no issue and the battery life, so far (its only been a few days) seems good. The only tiny issue that I can find so far is that the phone doesn't come with the pin device that opens the SIM card slot. Not a huge issue at all as I have a couple of them, but someone else might not. As for setting it up, there was no issue at all. It connected to my WiFi without problems and updated itself as soon as it connected. Now I still have to add it to my wireless phone plan, but I expect that will be very easy. I would recommend Canadian Outlet (company that fulfills Amazon's requests) as like I said, I was extremely impressed by the phone that I received and it was also a very good price. As for the Amazon side, product arrived on-time and was packaged well for shipping.

(Volvería a comprar un renewed sin duda. Yo les recomiendo el vendedor BuySPRY, ya compré 2 y los 2 han salido muy bien) PROs: - Estética 9.7/10. Como pueden apreciar en las imágenes, el iPhone está prácticamente nuevo, muy leves raspones en la parte trasera pero no se notan a simple vista y con el case que le compré, menos. - Ninguna pieza ha sido cambiada. Todas sus piezas son originales y en el examen que le hice, salió con un 100 (en las ultimas 2 imágenes pueden ver los resultados) - La vida de la batería estaba en 96% cuando me llegó y tenía menos de 150 cargas. - La duración de la batería me agradó mucho. Tengo un promedio de uso diario de más de 6 horas (según Tiempo en Pantalla) y al final del día todavía me queda más de 25%. Aclaro que no lo uso para juegos, pero si lo uso mucho para ver videos y para leer. - Venía con una mica de cristal ya instalada. - Tenía protección y Garantía (Apple Care) por 4 meses. Termina a finales de Julio. - Envío super rápido y muy bien cubierto para protegerlo durante su envío. CONs: Por ahora solo una: - El cargador y el cubo que viene no me gusto para nada aunque está certificado. Pero es de entenderse, ya que no es un celular nuevo. No recomendaría que carguen su iPhone con ese cable, ya que dañan la batería más rápido.
