On the back, you have a knob that allows you to directly control the mic's gain. Beneath the gain dial is the real crown jewel of this mic: a multipattern selector switch with four recording modes. I'm not very overwhelmed and I just wanted to own it because it has been recommended to me everywhere but it didn't really got me what I actually expected. I wish there was more to toggle on sensitivity and customize to make my own sound crispier with no background noise at all. But maybe I'm just uneducated about the values and need to figure it out, in that case - the ui and usage should be made easier for a layman to be understanding the settings better. Although the quality and everything about mic itself is top notch. It's easy to install, easy to use and provides good quality to record voice. Abit expensive for what it's worth. I do like all the features provides on customisation app for the mic. I do recommend for starters.

This is a good product for voice recording using your laptop. I use a Macbook pro 2020 which has a very good microphone but not suitable for voice recording so i was looking for a higher quality microphone. I ordered Blue snowball ice but found snowball ice sound quality was same as my MacBook pro’s inbuilt microphone. Finally i ordered Blue yeti and once i used it, i can confirm this has good good quality recording and good output. As far as noise cancellation is concerned, it doesn’t pick sound of fan which my MacBook pro was able to pick. Apart from this, one must ensure recording is done in a silent environment for best results as no microphone would give good results in noisy areas. I am fully satisfied with quality of Blue yeti and its sound output and i am also satisfied with Amazon for their quick service. I highly recommend this microphone as you can’t go wrong with it.

Have been using it for more than a year now. The best thing about this mic is the audio output of the audio jack. The volume and sound are much better than directly connecting my earphones with my PC. The microphone also is of recording quality or podcasts. The only con is that it's very sensitive to movement. Sometimes it will disconnect when I try to change the tilt angle and I have to disconnect the cable and plug it again. Overall it is still worth it.

The mic is highly sensitive and can record even tiny noise that is happening far away. You might have to adjust gain and mic volume but these adjustments can get Irksome.The voice quality is the best. There it beats all the mics. The cable is the big issue. The cable doesn't go completely in. So sometimes the mic gets automatically disconnected. That can waste effort. Overall the product is worth buying if you can create a good noise-less environment.

I recently ordered the Blue Yeti USB Microphone for Recording from Amazon India with high hopes for its performance and quality. However, what I received was a far cry from what I expected.Firstly, the product I received was clearly used, with noticeable scratches and signs of wear and tear. It was evident that this was not a new item. Moreover, the absence of a guarantee card and user manual added to the disappointment. These are essential components that should accompany any new purchase, ensuring authenticity and providing guidance on usage.The packaging of the product was also subpar. It arrived in poor condition, lacking the protection necessary to safeguard the item during transit. This neglect in packaging reflects poorly on the seller's commitment to delivering quality products to their customers.What exacerbated the situation was the delay in receiving the product. Despite placing the order on April 10th, it took a frustratingly long 10 days for it to arrive. Such a lengthy wait only added to the anticipation, making the disappointment upon opening the package even more palpable.Overall, my experience with this purchase has been extremely unsatisfactory. As a consumer, I expect transparency, quality, and efficiency when making online purchases, none of which were met in this instance. I have since returned the product and am left feeling thoroughly disappointed. This ordeal serves as a cautionary tale for others considering purchasing from this seller.

Perfect sound for affordable price. Use it with Logitech G software.

Super easy to set up, the sound is excellent and the pickup pattern is easily adjusted to cut out background noise. I use the cardioid pattern and it has an excellent ability to pick up my voice off-axis without any BG noise.I particularly like the good onboard amp that solves line-level problems with USB mics and the mute control button is excellent.I use it in an overhead boom arm configuration just above a logitec camera and it works like a charm. Don't waste your time and money on XLR solutions unless you need super high-quality output and have a mixer board.

I teach online courses and I like to make lecture videos to explain concepts to my students. This microphone does a fabulous job of blocking out other noises and giving a really good voice quality for my videos.It is easy to use and I sometimes even travel with it although it’s a little bit bigger.
