I love this stainless steel 11 cup mixing bowl. It’s perfect for mixing brownies or whisking spices and sauces. There is a flat bottom for stability. Stainless bowls will not break or crack. If I put the bowl in the refrigerator, the bowl stays cold for quite a while. If hot liquids are added into the bowl, it retains heat. I do not have to worry about safety like adding heat to plastic storage containers. I do not have much space so I like that the different sizes conveniently stack into each other. After use, it simply goes in the dishwasher. I highly recommend this economical and practical bowl.

I detest doing dishes, especially when I lived alone. To address this, I bought this bowl so I could eat my food in it and wash it right away. It was easy to clean, store, and the bowl has held up well. Despite its lack of color, it’s affectionately called my prison bowl. However, it serves its purpose perfectly.

Excellent for the three times a year I cook for my work potluck. Crockpot too small, stock pot too small. Last cookout required 50lbs of mashed potatoes and this bowl could have handled half of the dish. I failed to calculate the size of my sink causing some difficulties cleaning. Solid, no gaps in the rim for water to get trapped.

I like this bowl well enough, with the purple color and the nonskid base, which is surprisingly handy. But I don't see how it is double wall, temperature retaining. It appears to be single wall. When I put ice in it, the outside is immediately icy cold, so I don't know what to think about the double wall claim. However as a mixing and utility bowl, it is fine

Great for keeping on the blackstone to melt butter or keep sauces warm for basting

Just what I needed! I ordered the 10.75 qt bowl and it’s perfect for my needs. I have a set of smaller stainless steel bowls and this is a good addition, as the smaller bowls were too small for larger meal preparations (I use it primarily to clean and season). Since it’s stainless steel, it’s much easier to clean and sanitize. It should last a long while. Good purchase!

Wonderful bowl for dough making without flour flying all over the kitchen. Feels quite heavy. Today I used it for boiling 5l of beans, and because of its large base, it sits comfortably on the glass surface of my Induction stove.

Great mixing bowl! It's sturdy, easy to clean, and the perfect size for many kitchen tasks. I like it so much that I'm planning to purchase another one in a larger size.
