2-3 doesn't fit a 2 year old
They apparently run very big. I have a very tall 2 year old who wears size 4 clothes and size 8 shoes. She's 38 inches tall, 34 lbs. We went outside to play in the snow today and she wouldn't keep them on since her hands were only half the size of the mittens and she couldn't play. So she took them off, twice, and we had to put the old mittens that are not waterproof back on her instead. They seem to be pretty decent gloves, just very large.

Great for young ones who don't spend long periods of time outside.
Only a little bit of snow so far but these gloves worked great for my son! They are a little thin but still kept his hands dry and warm!

Very hard to latch together
These are very nice mittens, except the small latch to hook the mittens together is almost impossible to open and close. Therefore, it’s much easier to lose a mitten because kids, and even parents have a hard time latching them together. They would make great ski mittens, except for this fact.
