Poor Quality: Vibrates, quickly overheats. I gave up on using it.
I regret this purchase. The transformer is inefficient and generates so much heat I was afraid to leave it unattended, and gave up using it after two times. Also it vibrates. My power needs were low so I was not drawing too much current. It appears to be well constructed until you plug it in.

One worked, one failed. They are noisy and get warm.
I bought two of these to run low powered US devices in Europe. One failed after two days. I opened it up and an internal 115 volt wire had fallen off the inside of the plug and was flapping around. The other wire was holding on by a strand. I soldered them on properly and the unit works fine. I opened the second unit and the soldering was fine. They are very cheap and work OK but they get quite warm and are noisy due to badly fitting metalwork buzzing.
