HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577dn Duplex Printer with One-Year, Next-Business Day, Onsite Warranty (B5L46A)

This printer was advertised to print copy, scan and fax. Unfortunately upon receipt of the printer it was found that it will only copy and print with no scan or fax option available. I have had my IT group involved to set up the scan option to no avail. We have had this unit for a month without being able to scan that first page. Then we learn that there is not a portal to plug in the fax even though on the HP website and the instruction booklet for the model purchased there are instructions for the fax option of this unit. A lot of money spent for a glorified printer and copier. Disappointed in this product is an understatement.

I ordered this printer for my home office as I wanted a bigger printer that I could just get at Best Buy. I am a real estate agent and am printing lots of documents all the time and this printer has worked great. I have no complaints.

Awesome printer. I work in a small office and this device has made everyones life much easier. Heads up though, you much purchase the optional "HP Jetdirect 3000w NFC/Wireless Accessory J8030A, HP Jetdirect 2900nw Print Server J8031A" if you want to have wireless networking. This accessory is an extra $59, which I found to be a little ridiculous considering the price of the printer itself.

HP seems to have a severe ongoing issue with WIndows 10. This is actually the third replacement they have sent me, the first one alone required at least five (5) service tickets from HP. None has ever been more than barely functional with my high end Windows 10 computer which is about the best that Dell builds After many months of this I purchased a low cost Brother as a stop gap and it installed the first time without issues and runs fine for what it is. The HPs seem to remain a large paper weight but ultimately useless. Issues too numerous to list include these: When a model has scanned, it replaces the order of the pages in the document it scans. When it prints it becomes convinced it can only use the envelope tray. The most recent one only loads an app (there is no software icone that appears) and won't even recognize the scanner from the app. t feels like I've entered into an episode of the Twilight Zone. or Dark Mirror where my office is being held hostage by a malicious machine, Add up the time I've spent on trying to just get this line of HPs running and and it goes into weeks of lost work. As someone who has sworn by HP since my first computer some 20 or so years ago, this is incredibly disappointing. Yes I have gotten replacements, but the support, which is often a pain to get, just hasn't been there to get a single one of them working consistently Disappointing in the extreme from this company

This printer has given issues from day 1, everyday we have to calibrate it or the colors are off, it gets very slow to the point that it takes a minute to make a copy. a total disaster.

This is an all in one machine that really needs new software and simple setup. Should not need a whole day to get it working.

Awful. Overheats, eats paper, and the network settings are slow as molasses. Doesn’t like Avery labels and toner is expensive.

Misleading documentation from HP. It says it prints up to 40 PPM black & white and color. It doesn't. It prints approximately one color print every forty-five seconds. Our previous HP printer printed 36 color pages per minutes. Much different, don't you think?
