I have been using this incense burner for over a year, I think. It's been at least many months. I have had no problems with it. It's made of bamboo so one should not be rough with it. It works quite well for long stick incense. The adjustable holder on mine was a little loose, and would not stay where I set it. But I folded a little piece of aluminum foil and put it in there and now it holds it just fine. For a stick incense holder, I highly recommend this.

Easy to clean/wipe. Sometimes the ashes fall off the side but that could be my incense of the direction of the air flow. Either way, it's great and catches most of the ash.

These incense holders are ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! They have an indented area to collect all the ash... nowhere near as messy as the regular incense holders. I have bought FOUR of them, so far, and intend of purchasing more! I love burning incense, but hated the mess... now I don't have to worry... They're FANTASTIC!!! I recommend them to anyone who dislikes the mess as much as I did. A+

i like it but the ash falls on the sides if you dont have the incense lined up.

It’s much cheaper in real life than the photos. It’s raw wood and not sanded. Very cheap looking.
