I've just recently purchased the avent niplette, and I was wondering if anyone had any tips to help it stay on? They come off so easily for me!!

My advice..use a tiny tiny drop of oil or lotion to rub on nipple, the suction is 100% better. Then wear a sports bra, something that really hugs your boobs so they don't move. You can also use body tape. What helps the most is the oil..I just use like vitamin e oil or something like that.

There are no details about the size of the nipplette? What is the diameter? Everyone is different so this seems to be important information missing.

I am just estimating , but I would say the base(bottom of the cup) is approx 1/2.  The rim of the cup is apporx 3/4". It is also a littlel over 3/4" in length.   I was shocked when I opened my package and saw the size of the cups...I was sure I would end up with a ginormous nipple, but i am not. It actually is looking the my other nipple, I must say depending how inverted the nipple is...it does hurt immensely when you suction.....

Question 3

How much suction should you use?  Does using full suction result in nipples taking the same size as the thimble?

I can use full suction, now. It took a while to train my nipples so it didn't hurt. Yes, the nipples are about the size of the thimble, but they don't stay that way when the suction stops. They do deflate a bit.
