Content of this book is very good and print is also good. But subject is in brief.

Good book. Knowledge on yog nindra (योग निंद्रा ) is a must, if you want complete relaxation in less time. Unlike other yoga it is done lying down so most people would find it easy. That being said there were some grammar mistakes which made sentences sound weird, though not a deal breaker. Since there are not many books easily available on this topic. Uploading table of contents and few pages so you could get a better picture. Why sellers don't do that? Are they even trying to sell it?

Hindi translation is quite good and easy to understand, A must-read book to know your ancient science, read this, learn this before this will be taught to your children as "A foreign science"
