Nice and calming
It's really nice and calming. As per specs and purpose, it has sedative effects leading to a peaceful, quality sleep. But that effect stays for the most of the next day as well, making one feel drowsiness. Probably that daytime drowsiness will start fading over the weeks of usage. Overall does what it promises, making you calm, peaceful and less anxious.

Guys, please do not use this tablet... It has side effects ....I was using this tablet, becoz of over stress at my work place...it has spoiled my situation .. better to consult a Doctor Big Shame to the Makers of this tablet!
