Yes, 3 - 4 would work fine. more than that, I's worry about maybe ripping it or breaking the zipper.

Can the divider betwwen the compartment be removed? Whar the exact inside dimensions?

Sorry- I bought these as a token of appreciation gift - so I dont know what the extact internal dimensions are not do I know if the compartment can be removed- I can say that it is a good size with reasonable room for the 2 tripod speaker stands and `housing`a tripod stand for lights. Best of luck

Would this be acceptable for carrying two American DJ Mega RGBA LEDs?

Judging by the size of them, I believe they would probably fit in the bag. The bag does not offer much in the way of padding so you would have to be careful when packing and transporting. Hope that helps.
