Like many of us, I have been working from home for almost a year now and I'm making enhancements here and there to improve my WFH experience! I use a Macbook Air. I often like to just use my big monitor and close my Macbook, which is called "clamshell mode." However, when I'm just using my monitor, I no longer have a webcam! I unfortunately need a camera for Zoom calls where I need to turn on video. Thus, I found this webcam to attach to my monitor! Now I can continue to enjoy using my monitor and not have to worry about opening my laptop just for the webcam. The camera quality is good. The camera is a wide angle lens and it's adjustable, which is nice! I have mine just perched on top of the monitor. And it's very easy to just literally plug and play! For programs like Zoom, you just need to select the new camera as your video output under the video settings. I also really like the sliding cover so I don't feeling like I'm being watch by the man when I am not on calls! Finally, the mic is handy as well. It is also easy to switch to the camera as your audio setting as well. For a great price, you can get this great camera and enhance your WFH experience!

This is my first webcam purchase and I am amazed at how small and lightweight the unit and camera are and how securely it sits on the monitor. The USB cord is a generous 4’ 10” in length and is an easy reach from the computer tower to my monitor. The installation instructions were very clear and made it easy to plug into the computer USB port and position the camera on my monitor. I am amazed that it is just plug the camera into into a USB port, access a teleconference site and I was ready to go. Very easy. All of the people that I have been conferencing with have commented on the outstanding picture and sound quality. After tinkering with the camera stand and mount, I was able to adjust the angle and rotation so I was perfectly positioned in the picture. The camera cover is a great feature that provides some peace of mind that I am not being recorded when I don’t want to be. After using the Nulaxy C900 Webcam in several web chats I am amazed at how easy it was to set up and the tremendous quality of the product. I wonder why I didn’t purchase a webcam years ago.

Came on here to say, over 5 years later, that this camera is still going strong. Clear image, no issues (and the ones I’ve had are because my job has restricted the USB ports on their laptops so my bootleg Chinese usb extension that I bought separately has glitches). Even if it dies tomorrow, I definitely got my money’s worth and more!

I wanted to replace my aging Logitech Orbit MP, as the resolution on the Logitech wasn't cutting it anymore. I felt I could compromise on some of the features of the Logitech such as motorized zoom, pan, tilt, and tracking since we usually stay stationary during a video call and I didn't want to break the bank. Installation was as simple as plugging it into the computer. Picture quality was generally good and it was a definitely an upgrade in resolution from my old Logitech. I never had an issue with audio. The built in privacy cover was a plus and the LEDs that light up when it is in use is also helpful. Overall, for the price, it's a good webcam that I'd be happy to purchase again. Few notes: This is a wide angle webcam. It's great for skype with the whole family. It's fine for just one person so it captures pretty wide, but with the background replacement functionality, it works well enough. There is no internal hardware zoom. It swivels left and right, but there is no tilt up and down. You can adjust the tilt by hand and it stays pretty well on my monitor, but I would have liked to have it tilt up and down (with the clip staying stationary) versus messing with the clip that holds the camera to the monitor. The webcam stays put on my monitor, but it's not the most positive feel. It will move if you bump it. But, because of how I'm using it, I felt these were all things I could live with, especially for the price point. Also, many of the webcams in this price range have the same "features" i.e. no tilt, similar clip, etc. My expectations for a webcam in this price range were met or exceeded.

With c 19, we are doing a lot of Zoom calls, as well as other app calls via our laptops. I was hoping to upgrade our camera for an older laptop to be able to keep up with more RECENT technology & upgrade our ZOOM experience. What a GREAT choice! This camera has been a BIG UPGRADE & makes the online experience so much more PLEASANT. The resolution has been great for us, no complaints from the others we have done our video sessions & calls with. It is SUPER EASY to install.. plug it in & the software is AUTOMATICALLY installed, and ready to roll. My kids also do some YouTube, etc web videos & plan to use the new webcam to do them. I am HAPPY with the quality of the camera and the features it offers. I also APPRECIATE the SLIDING COVER that covers the lens up when not in use.. YAY, no more electrical tape! I WOULD purchase this camera again... it works GREAT for our needs.

This camera lasted about 2 years before having issues. Since it was stationary the entire time, I don't view this is good value. The camera turns itself off and on. The mic is of poor quality, especially if you're using Discord. Three stars because it did last 2 years with decent video quality. Won't go higher due to short lifespan.

Really not alot to say here... this is an inexpensive webcam that seems to work great! A bit more detail... as more and more meetings and appointments seem to have moved to 'virtual', I found myself needing a webcam for my desktop Windows 10 machine at the office. I didn't need anything with alot of bells and whistles... just something that I could plug in and have it WORK. From what I've see so far, this is that. Before purchasing this camera, I had sifted thru a LOT of others. Mostly, they all look a LOT alike and make most of the same claims. What steered me to this camera over others that looked just like it were a couple of things... 1080 resolution, AND a built in lens cover (something that most of the others didn't seem to have). Camera arrived... well packaged... out of the box, it didn't "feel" like junk... plugged it in... Windows saw it immediately and I was off and running. Nothing extra to load - plain and simple. Did exactly what it was supposed to do, and so far, has worked flawlessly for every virtual meeting that I've used it for. If I had to get picky, I would only point out one thing (which is something that others have mentioned, as well)... and that's that the picture is a bit better in a dimmer room. In a brightly lit room, the colors seem to wash out a bit. NOT a dealbreaker - still completely useable. Just being picky here. Long and short of it... if you're looking for a solid desktop webcam on a budget, this is a terrific choice.

Camera is as described. The privacy cover is a great to have. Video quality is decent but a little over exposed. Field of view is surprisingly wide. Fisheye distortion is present, but limited only at the edge. Built-in mic does an average job, nothing spectacular here. Installation was a breeze. Built quality is good too. It does a decent job for casual video conferencing. Overall, a value for money camera/mic alternative to the laptop camera that just works well. I would recommend it, but maybe not for the avid live streamer.

Bought one of these in 2021..fed up with sharing it with my son so i bought another in Nov 2024. Oct 25 the mic stopped working on the new one, sons still going strong. I contacted Nulaxy on 17th October, explained the situationn. Replacement arrived today 21 October. Excellant customer service. Things break...it is how the seller fixes it is the important thing, and they have been brilliant. Cant fault the customer service and the product is great also--its a webcam...and does the job very well.

In depth review of the Nulaxy C900 Webcam Packaging: Nice little box. Looks nice and premium. Well packed, not worried about shipping damage at all. The webcam itself is in a bag, in the box and as protective layer that covers the lens area. Installation: Plug and play. The hinge mechanism looks very sturdy and holds the webcam very well on your monitor. It doesn't move. You can adjust the angle of the camera easily, however you probably want to hold the base with your other hand while you do it. The webcam: Looks nice, but a bit on the bigger size. The privacy shutter is a very nice touch. Red led when powered and green light when connected so you know when it's capturing video. Video quality: Good. It's not 4k, but for 1080 30 fps and $40, not bad at all and does the job perfectly. The camera does a great job adjusting for ambient lighting, and it works very well even in a dark environment. Sound quality: Wow this is surprising. It's GOOD. For this cheap, sound is clear and doesn't pickup too much background noise. Final words If you need a camera for conversations with family, friends. Or if you need it for classes or work. For $40 it's very good and the mic quality is surprising. Sure you could have better video quality with something else, but it will run you over the $100 price point for sure. Even come with a 2-year warranty, very good value for the price.

Cette web cam est parfaite. Installation ultra simple : il suffit de brancher la prise USB (je l'ai branchée sur un hub USB, parce que je n'ai plus de port USB disponible sur mon PC et ça fonctionne parfaitement). Aucun driver requis, en quelques secondes la caméra est détectée et opérationnelle. Testée immédiatement en visio, c'est parfait : image de qualité, très lumineuse et nette. À ce prix-là, il ne faut surtout pas s'en priver. J'apprécie le petit volet qui permet de passer en mode "non visible par la caméra". Dans les applications, i lsuffit de sélectionner cette caméra à la place de celle préinstallée sur le PC.

La verdad calidad precio va bastante bien
