Would this do good to seal a usb port with a usb cord plugged in?

Not sure why you need to seal a USB PORT but I see no reason it wouldnt keep it waterproofed.

Is this stuff good for polyureathane bushings

Yes it is good for polyurethane bushings.....the lube they sell for the bushings is essentially rebranded dielectric grease too.

Has anyone tried this on fishing reel components? Is it light enough?

Definitely! I've been using it from 15 yrs or more... The main purpose, to seal the reel and protect screws from salt; for those that are not stainless I fill the hole with the grease to the top well, every where there is a screw head facing out. And all around the edge and bound surface of the gear cover, anywhere water can sip in! And in the gears, but I would mix it with other type to soften a bit for smooth reeling experience.
