This is just the base clamp. It clamps onto the anchor. It works for its purpose I guess but you still need the secondary clamp to remove the actual gem/jewelry. I wasn't able to use my fingers which should’ve been obvious.

I have many dermal piercings and was constantly struggling to switch out my jewelry. Nice and sturdy and fits exactly what it's suppose to!

Although this product did eventually work, it was very difficult and intimidating to use. We tried to get the piercing out but had no luck but once in the shower, the ball fell off so I guess we did get it loose with this tool. Just be careful when using...it's too easy to pinch yourself.

It's a good clamp, not much else to say about it.
