I don't know that cable. If it has stranded wire and mechanically fits it will be fine. If the cable is solid wire I would ask the connector manufacturer.

Can this be used for 400v 3 phase?

This will work just fine up to its 30 A rating. Be sure to purchase the correct mating connector. The data sheet will tell you which one matches. There are a lot of variations to keep people from plugging something into the wrong outlet. The ground connector has an L shaped connection, but the short side can point in or out with respect to the center of the connector. There are also different width pins for the hot leads. These connectors are called "TwistLock" because a small twist locks them in place. Another small twist the opposite direction releases them. They are popular for industrial applications because of their ruggedness, keying yo fit only the correct mating connector, and their ruggedness. They are priced accirdingly.
