I really love the look and quality of these jars—they have such a clean, aesthetic feel and are perfect for storing food or even using as decor. The glass is thick and durable, and they feel very high quality. The only downside is that the lid system (with the clips and rubber seal) can take a little getting used to, especially if you’re used to regular mason jars. But once you figure it out, they work great and seal really well. Overall, a beautiful and functional addition to my kitchen.

Vegas hard water can be rough on metal, so the all-glass lid is a win 🧼 Capacity is just under 20 ounces, which leaves room for ice and cold foam 🧊. They look beautiful on the counter, feel sturdy in hand, and the wide opening plays nice with my glass straw 📸 Beyond coffee, these are actually useful. Leftovers, upside down salads 🥗, overnight oats, quick pickled red onions 🧅, and homemade simple syrup for cocktails 🍒 all live happily in here. Tip for shaken espresso fans: let the hot espresso cool for a minute, seat the rubber ring evenly, use two clips across from each other, And leave a little headspace before you shake for about fifteen seconds. Wish I had bought these from the start!! not too big or too small, quality clear glass and I just removed the rubber gasket and the lid sits loosely allowing trapped gas to leave & nothing bad inside while my starter sits in counter. Yes they're not cheap, but you save $$ if you buy these first but trying other options. I'm considering buying one more 2 pk so I'm not having to wash and dry immediately. Buy them!!

Perfect for the sourdough baker who keeps a small(er) amount of starter on hand. I keep mine in the refrigerator and only bring it out on baking days. I usually keep about 10 - 20 grams in the jar and there's plenty of space to feed it up to the 125g I normally use for a loaf. The clips were a little tricky at first, but work well to keep the lid on tight and the rubber o ring in place. The wide mouth style of these little jars is much easier to work with than my tall, narrow jar.

Bought these smaller sized ones after I had the larger sized ones for sourdough. Good quality jars.
