OLFA 60mm Rotary Replacement Blades (RB60-5) - Tungsten Steel, 5 Blades

These are for use in the future, so I don’t have anything special to say about them. Anyone who uses these knows how wonderful they are for cutting fabric into accurate lengths and width, but I’ve yet to try them on more than 4 thicknesses. I’m sure quilters from previous centuries would give up their souls for this level of accuracy and sharpness. Great product.

I've tried other rotary cutters and Olfa is far superior to others. I found the price to be more than reasonable, and making quilts for charity as I often do, and as a seasoned citizen with a tight budget, the cost and convenience is important. Amazon's stocking and delivering the product promtly at a fair price is great! The local shops that carry this product often charge outrageous prices and sometimes do not even stock the type one wants to purchase, and buying from retail sources or on line can delay in one's progress. This product has been an absolute Godsend to every quilter and seamstress I know. Yes, I use it for regular sewing as well. But there is one precautionary note that I must share: NEVER drop an open blade on bare feet...it is VERY painful, as I found out to my great sorrow! Be smart, CLOSE THAT BLADE holder! I foolishly bought another brand of rotary cutter last year, and not only did the mechanism not work properly, but the blades weren't sharp nor could they be sharpened. I'm back to Olfa, now and forever the best rotary cutter there is. The blades seem to be sharper and keep the blade longer than other brands. These were such a bargain for 5 in a package! Meant to order two little packages, but mistakenly ordered double. That's all right. They will come in handy and I won't have to run to a store and end up paying much more. Stick with the Olfa. Amazon has the bargains.

Bought a rotary cutter for a quilting project and got extra blades. Nice and sharp!

Being a quilter, I like to keep plenty of these blades on hand. Most shops do not keep 5 pack 60mm refill blades. After deciding I would have to start back buying individual blades, I turned to Amazon on a hunch that there was a possibilty they would handle them. What a pleasant surprise to discover they had exactly what I was looking for. I realized they handled some quilting supplies but wasn't sure about these. When I can't find an item I need, a bell goes off and I remember to check Amazon out. Also, they really know how to package their merchandise so that it arrives in excellent condition. Please let me also mention that it was a great money saving bargain.

These fit OK and cut well initially. I've been using them to cut two layers of fabric with one layer of cotton batting on a self healing mat. They do seem to loose their edge sooner than I'd like.

I am a.long time quilter. This cutter is easy to handle, has an easy safety lock, & it is the one I will continue to use. I bought this one because I am teaching some of my step daughters to quilt & I needed a second one for their use.

Lâminas de muita qualidade! São caras, é verdade, mas são muito superiores as genéricas. Uso com bastante frequência! Ao final de alguns dias (umas duas vezes na semana) chego a cortar mais de 150 metros de tecido tricoline. A última lâmina que usei durou uns 4 meses.

Excellent quality, very sharp. I use these for cutting 4mm bridle leather, I’ve used cheaper ones before but these ones are a different class altogether, extremely sharp. Worth every penny
