These little things are amazing! It's great for cooking eggs and other things, and really easy to clean. Just be careful you don't burn yourself because they get hot quickly.

Good for the price, but very rough, frying eggs for English muffins is tough, the egg sticks to the very rough surface. You need to smooth the cooking surface and re-season. They are the right size for English muffins

These are so cute. Really more of a presentation dish than a cooking pan. Give each person their own serving of sauce, melted cheese or melted butter etc. in an individual cast iron pan.
